Paragon Honda - Service Center

I have a 2008 Accord EXL and I would now only buy Honda (from another dealership) but would ONLY Have ANTHONY PETITO and his Service people take care of my Automobile. I had taken my car to a non honda dealership, and i would have to go back and forth with them to get my problem fixed but yet problem still wasnt resolved. Finally i decided to just take it to a honda dealer have to go back and forth with them to get my problem fixed but yet problem still wasnt resolved. Finally i decided to just take it to a honda dealer ship, And Edwin the service advisor was very friendly and told me that my problem would be resolved and the next day when i went to pick up my car my problem was gone, i would recommend this place to any and all honda owners. we purchased a certified pre-owned 2007 odyssey on a thursday evening. we went back on saturday to have some cosmetic work done and ask about the tires with different DOT manufactured dates. anthony w thursday evening. we went back on saturday to have some cosmetic work done and ask about the tires with different DOT manufactured dates. anthony was great at asking us what was wrong. he insured that all of our points were put into the work order so we would have that documented. he had 4 new tires put on the vehicle and ordered the other parts necessary (some trim and molding pieces). he said he would let us know when the parts came in and further said that we could bundle getting those parts put on with a free service since we were coming to queens from jersey. when we dropped the car off he actually drove us to the closest subway station so we could take the train to the city for lunch with friends. he called when the vehicle was ready. as we were walking from the R train subway station anthony drove past us (on his way home at 4:30pm on a Saturday, i assume), recognized us and gave us a ride the last 3 blocks to the Paragon service center. he also stayed to deliver our car to us and go over what was done and what was ordered. this was the best auto service experience i have ever had. it was honest and sincere customer service. we will continue to have the vehicle serviced at paragon even though it means a 50 mile drive from jersey to queens. More

We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at Paragon on a Thursday and wanted to bring it in on Saturday for some cosmetic work and to get new tires. We left the car there on Saturday and he drove us to the subway station so we could head into the city. When we got back he drove past us ( I assume on his way home) walking to the service center from the subway station. He recognized us and stopped and gave us a ride to the service center and personally handed our car back to us. It was the best dealership service experience we have ever had. Even though it is not the closet Honda dealership to us (we are in Jersey), we will getting our Odyssey serviced at Paragon. Thanks Anthony. Tony and Dawn Levite More

when my car would not start I called Anthony Petito and he walked me through what to do. I managed to get the car started and drove to Paragon, whereupon Angel Cruz took care of servicing my car. Alex Bifina (service advisor) from Paragon Honda in Woodside is the best service advisor’s I have ever dealt with. I have been going to Paragon Honda since 2006. I have just once made the mistake of Woodside is the best service advisor’s I have ever dealt with. I have been going to Paragon Honda since 2006. I have just once made the mistake of going to Hillside Honda in Jamiaca and the worst experience I ever had. I was upset with the way I was treated. Paragon Honda is far from where I live but it is worth every bit of it. I have never dealt with such professionalism, personable and an understanding individual. He understands your car needs, even if it may be a regular servicing for maintenance or a specific concern you have. You will not walk out of there until your concerns are completely addressed. He is very honest. He will work with you and to the best interest of your concern, may it be time or financial. If I could rate Alex from 1 to 10, I would rate him and his excellent service an 11! This Honda Dealer is a breath of fresh air....if you ever had a bad experiance at service department,,,you haven't been here. I felt like the people there are very helpful and honest ...something that I feel most dealership's lack. While you wait for your vehicle...sit and watch tv..or drink some fresh coffee....or so like i do, surf the web on one of 6 computers free to use. Like I said...great experience , I drive in from yonkers and pay a toll....and i't worth it. I am so glad that I learned about this place when I worked in Long Island City....It's like Dunkin dounuts....ITS WORTH THE TRIP 5 star dealer don't change anything guys More
