As a result I very often interact with the personnel of their Service Department. The entire staff,from the Sevice Advisor to the Cashier and everyone else working there,constantly offers a courteous,competent and professional attitude. A very dedicated Angel Cruz is always ready to provide his exceptional expert advice. This is all because the Service Manager, Mr. Anthony Petito has created and maintained an environment where Customer Relations and Customer Satisfaction are the goals. I have observed Mr. Petito entering this establishment at 5:00 in the morning. As a customer, I see the end results. I have been highly recommending Paragon Honda to all my friends and to others. Mainly because of the Service Satisfaction they are guaranteed under Mr. Petito's stewardship. More

We bought our 2006 Civic EX from Paragon Honda. I have been taking my car to Paragon Honda service center on and off for the last five years. We like the service we receive; it is always professional. We been taking my car to Paragon Honda service center on and off for the last five years. We like the service we receive; it is always professional. We met Anthony who manages that department. He has helped us with all our needs. The waiting room has fresh fruit, tea, snacks, newspapers and Apple computers with Internet access. It makes the waiting easier. All work is explained to me in detail and nothing is done without my permission. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work done is top notch. My service adviser, Edwin C. is a true gentleman and treats me with courtesy and respect. The manager, Anthony P. is an asset to Paragon. He does an outstanding job at coordinating the service department and is always willing to chat with a customer. It is truly an honor to deal with such professionals at Paragon Honda. We recently had a warrenty issue with a 2009 Honda We recently had a warrenty issue with a 2009 Honda Accord. Paragon Honda didn't agree. They wouldn't fix the car under the warrenty, insisting that We recently had a warrenty issue with a 2009 Honda Accord. Paragon Honda didn't agree. They wouldn't fix the car under the warrenty, insisting that we pay for the work!. The first few people that we dealt with in the service department were very unhelpful to say the least. We finally talked to Anthony Petito who helped to resolve all of our service issues immediately. The honda was fixed within 24 hours. We are happy with the service that we received at Paragon Honda and would definitely go back. More

Late saturday nigth my wife tells me: the information panel on the dashboard of our two month old Odyssey beeped and flashed "Low battery see manual". Now it's sunday morning and I'm thinking: now where panel on the dashboard of our two month old Odyssey beeped and flashed "Low battery see manual". Now it's sunday morning and I'm thinking: now where do I go? I looked up on the Internet to see if there is any dealership in the area that has a service center open on sunday and found out that Paragon Honda service is open on sunday. I showed up with no appointment,and within less then five minutes I was approached, I stated my problem and was being helped by a representative named Anthony. He had my car checked out, assured me that there was no problem at the moment then had the panell reset and told me to just brink the car back for servicing if the problem arose again. All of this and within half an hour I was on my way back home. (Did I mentioned it was sunday morning and I had no apponintment?) More

Great Great Dealer......I am so impressed. My wife drives Great Great Dealer......I am so impressed. My wife drives the car and never noticed the noise in the front end.....but the mechanic that work on th Great Great Dealer......I am so impressed. I guess this is why you should never neglect your car and stay on top of servicing.
