Anyone ready to take further action and go on Television (Shame on you! or 7 On Your Side)or seek attorney etc. Please contact me. I'll join you with my story. I've previously placed a rating review on Paragon... but I see that after mine was placed in July, there have been many more. (I've been arguing with them since that time and have received no satisfaction). Please contact me at juliadjuca@comcast.net. More

DON T's at Paragon Honda(PH). 1.DON'T assume the car you DON T's at Paragon Honda(PH). 1.DON'T assume the car you found on PH internet site is waiting for you! After I called to make sure it is still available I got confirmation it is. However to my surprise it was sold a month ago as they informed me after I arrived .Probably they do not update this info or use it as incentive only. 2.DON'T consider you bought a car after you paid a deposit. Finally I made decision to buy another car after drive test and paid deposit of 50% of the price (total at pick up) with promise car would be available to pick up in 2 Days (they needed time to register car and clean it). After I called in 2 days I was assured car was ready to pick it up.By the time I already ordered insurance for the car to avoid any delay. I was shocked to know upon arrival that car's previous ownership was not cleared yet and I have to wait for signing some documents by previous owner before my registration is in effect.Could you imagine that? They sell cars they don't own ! 3.DON'T think you get money back automatically if sale is canceled. This basic is something they don't know about. In 2 days the manager called me to cancel the deal because no contacts took place with previous owner as he said. He also promised to refund my deposit in a matter of 2 business days. However no refund happened during next week,my calls were not taken or returned.Only after I disputed this charge (I paid by credit card)it was resolved in my favor . However they felt comfortable holding my free credit for 3 weeks. A SPOON OF HONEY after all this nightmare at PH. The place is nice-big lots full of cars and location is perfect-highway and subway station are one step away.Just DON'T make this step and stay away or prepare for all the above... On the next day I bought another car at KIA Popular during 1 day(!) and still can't believe it. Good luck everybody ! More
I just bought my 2008 honda accord EX coupe from paramus honda in NJ, but I had the terrible misfortune of going to paragon honda in queens NY. I myself live 5 minutes from paragon so it was very convenient honda in NJ, but I had the terrible misfortune of going to paragon honda in queens NY. I myself live 5 minutes from paragon so it was very convenient. DONT EVERY GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rather than explain the dozens of negatives about them. I'm just going to sumarize the most important aspect. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST LIARS ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS!!! I feel rated them very fairly because overall they dont deserve to get those 3's I gave them, but in those categories they do so dont let those 3's decieve you. I would rate my experience there a -10 if I could. More
Rather than describe all the horrible details of my experience with this dealership I will be short and say - PLEASE DON'T EVEN WALK IN THE DOOR! These guys will lie and cheat and steal to make the sal experience with this dealership I will be short and say - PLEASE DON'T EVEN WALK IN THE DOOR! These guys will lie and cheat and steal to make the sale at the highest profit to themselves and their fincance partners. I will also say that Hillside Honda and PS Honda were almost (though not quite) as bad in terms of their willingness to take advantage of you. I finally purchased from North Shore Honda - very experienced sales guys and very honest. More
I bought a 2004 Honda accord in 2003. They have not changed 1. Waited 6 hours for whole transaction. I was worn down at the end. 2. Given a new car with 50 miles on it or wait two weeks for a "newer car" (two week wait) 3. Finance Manager was awful. I had to correct his math. 4. Salesman Gary Lin never revealed true MSRP. Saleman showed only internet quote. 5. New Salesman are Gary Lin clones, (pushy and rude) 6. it took another seven hours to get the car tinted with the service department. Buyer beware. More
I went to Paragon Honda with a friend of mine as we were both interested in purchasing accords. I was looking into the 08' accord coupe EXL and my friend the 08' accord sedan EXL. We got into the dealership both interested in purchasing accords. I was looking into the 08' accord coupe EXL and my friend the 08' accord sedan EXL. We got into the dealership and had to wait around for about 30 minutes before anyone bothered to ask us if we needed help. After the salesmen found out we were both interested in buying, they offered us both a great price on the cars. However, the cars will have to be shipped from a separate warehouse and will take about 2 days for the coupe and a week+ for the sedan as they needed to conduct a swap for the black/black. We both left a downpayment of 1,000 and left. The next day I received a call from Paragon telling me the VIN number of the vehicle and that it was ready for pickup. But because it was too late to register the car w/ my insurance, I told them I would pick it up the next day. After registering the car under my insurance, I called Ed and asked if the car was ready for pick up. He said yes it is ready. I went in with my father and Ed told us that the car had been sold and driven off just two hours before we had gotten there. Mind you, the vehicle is under MY INSURANCE. How on earth can they do that? They told us they would get us a new one right away and only needed some time. We gave them a weeks time and asked for out downpayment back after. They took 4 more days to get the downpayment ready for us to pickup and when it finally was ready for pickup, they had a stack of papers for me to sign. As I took up the pile and started to read them, Ed tells me that there is no need to read them and that it is just paperwork to get the downpayment back and cancel the contract. I still wanted to read it. As I flipped the first page, Ed GRABS AND JERKS the entire folder of documents from me and accused me of being rude and storms off. Are you kidding me? This is by far the worst dealership I have ever stepped foot into. They are comprised of a talented group of Professional lieing, cheating, cunning, and ill-mannered people. More
My fiance and I purchased a 2008 Accord EXL w/ Navi from this dealership in July. Paragon was able to offer the best price for the vehicle (beat other offers by ~$200). Although they offered us the best p this dealership in July. Paragon was able to offer the best price for the vehicle (beat other offers by ~$200). Although they offered us the best price, I would NOT recommend that anyone buy their vehicle from Paragon. This dealership failed at every turn to offer the most basic service possible. They lied about our car being detailed and ready for pickup, which wouldnt have been that big a problem if we hadn't been told it was ready for pickup and made to wait three hours at the dealership and return the next day. They lied about filling out our DMV documentation to register and license the vehicle (only after repeated calls from us, did Paragon get us our permanant plates THREE weeks after our thirty day temporary license expired!!! Most dealerships will get you your plates well within the thirty days). Worst of all, they lied about sending a copy of our proof of sale/window sticker to our insurance company. We found out that they handn't sent it via a mail correspondence from Geico telling us we did not have collision coverage since they hadn't received said documents. The salesman at this dealership are polite and courteous but are completely inept at doing thier jobs and must be prodded to do their jobs every step of the way. For what it's worth, if its only a $200 difference, buy your car from a better rated dealership and not from Paragon. More
Under their high pressure tactics, we put a deposit on a car on July 13th, and then realized by the next day that they were just trying to push this one off on us because no one else was buying it (the car car on July 13th, and then realized by the next day that they were just trying to push this one off on us because no one else was buying it (the car had an avg of 30K miles per year). So we called them the next day requesting a refund. To date, and after numerous calls, they still have not put the amount back on our credit card, but they have had the nerve to call us numerous times to rate their customer service. And if you try calling them, you just get a big runaround. Best advice, avoid them. More
- On July 10 I purchased a Honda Civic vehicle from Paragon dealership in Woodside, NY. I felt that I was coerced and pressured into a lease agreement. Therefore, I asked to change the lease agreemen Paragon dealership in Woodside, NY. I felt that I was coerced and pressured into a lease agreement. Therefore, I asked to change the lease agreement from lease to outright purchase. I requested a new bill of sale at price originally agreed upon for purchase minus alarm and a fee which Paragon explained as a "check services" to make certain the new vehicle is in perfect working order. - I made several phone calls, but only received response after writing to NY Better Business Bureau. After my experience with the Dealership, I asked to receive in writing the price of the car with list of required fees that have been added. I indicated that upon receipt I would prepare a certified check for an outright pruchase with no lease or financing. - I asked for this information in writing to be sent to me by mail, e-mail, or fax; however, I have not yet received any written communication.
