There isn't much to say about this place. Its too busy for its own good. We walked around and go anyone we could to sell us a car. I went in to look at a used S2000 they had up on their site. I originally wanted to just take a look at it, maybe put $500 down to hold it and then come back in a week with $3000 to put down and since my site. They decided that they didn't really wanna talk with me about numbers so much so they just pushed and pushed to do the same day sale. Being a bit timid I fell for it and ended up putting down $500, and driving away with the car after sitting in their office for close to 6 hours causing me to miss my own birthday dinner with my family. I came back the next day to drop off the title of the car I traded in and the manager there (who was a real jerk) told me that I somehow got denied by the bank and I couldn't have the car unless I could come up with $4200. He tried to tell me that a car only listed on their site for $17k was somehow worth $20k and they were losing money on it as it was. I tried to argue with him that he was being ridiculous and that if the car was in perfect shape then yes but in its current condition then no but I had no success. I couldn't pay at the moment so he gave me my trade-in back and told me to come back the next day to pick up the $500 I had put down. As I was leaving I noticed that they had taken the registration sticker off my trade in, so I went in and asked for it back. The manager told me that they had torn it up and couldn't give me a temp sticker because the car was not theirs. After standing there for a few hours blocking their main doorway he finally went into a folder and magically pulled out my registration. I took it and drove off. The next day I went in to get my money back and they financial guy said that the manager didn't know what he was talking about and that I could have the car back. So I took the car back, having to call my insurance up and change it over 3 days in a row, having to drive an hour and a half to get there 3 times and the drive back, and then when I took the car, it wasn't even certified because the tires were bald in the rear (although they did say they would replace them and I am sure as hell gonna make them pay for those). All in all they are an incredibly pushy bunch and they are very very sleazy. I know that I couldn't have found another S2000 for under $18k at a dealership to stay with AHFC, otherwise I would have quit that place in a heartbeat. My only hope is that I can get warranty service done at any dealership and not have to deal with these jerks ever again. More
I would never do business with this dealership. Tyrone guaranteed a price over the phone and then proceeded to change it during every phone call. They finally found me another car like 9 hours later.I tell you no lie.Then they promised a low monthly bill.I put down a 2500 dollar deposit.im paying 350.00 a month and i had so much problems with the car and was running back n forth to their service station.it took them a month almost to put in a heater cord.i froze almost the whole winter they just recently fixed it.oh yes they tried to charge me 100 dollar deductable on my warranty.i had to go to dealership and got ugly and they called them and told them they are not suppose to charge me. Someone from the service station was honest enough to tell me to go back to the dealer and tell them to fix the paper work on the car so i would not be charged at the service station, not the dealership.i have never regret anything in my life as i regret ever dealing with paragon honda.Shame on you paragon honda you should be on blast.Furhtermore its only been a year since i've owned the car.I am miserable and strugling to make the payments. The sales staff was completely and totally incompetent. I personally dealt with Sasha Kekovic, the general manager. He assured me over and over again over the phone that I could register the car I was buying personally dealt with Sasha Kekovic, the general manager. He assured me over and over again over the phone that I could register the car I was buying ('08 Honda Fit) in Maine even though I was buying it in New York. But the day I came to pick up the car, he would not let me register it Maine and therefore I couldn't take it off the lot. The only reason he could give me was that "it just wasn't possible." I asked him to find out why and to follow up with his finance office who was giving him this information. He said he didn't need to. That "it just couldn't be done." Finally, I called up Portland Maine City Hall myself, and got someone on the phone who then explained to Sasha that is was perfectly okay for me to buy the car in NY and still register it in Maine. This was 4 hours after he kept me waiting in his office only to tell me he couldn't let me register the car in Maine. Once I did the work of calling City Hall myself, he was fine with me registering the car in Maine. But no apology was forthcoming and no assistance whatsoever with trying to solve my problem. I would never, ever, ever recommend this dealership. The GM was as rude and arrogant as he was incompetent. More
I found an ad online and called to make sure the car was still available and they confirmed it was. I ended up driving a little over an hour with my 3 kids to go and look at the car and when I arrived I the still available and they confirmed it was. But offered me a more expensive car that was a year older and had 33k more miles. After they had told me that they could not locate the car my wife called from their parking lot asking for the same car and one of there salesman, Arthur said that it was right in there lot and my wife pressed him to make sure and Arthur said he was sitting there looking at it. They tell you everything you want to hear just to get you in the door but are very dishonest. Save yourself some trouble and avoid as I caught them in numerous lies. More

We were out of there with the new car the same day we walked in to the dealership and since it was late by the time we l her accord lease back early. My husband and I were looking for a used CRV. We had an appointment to meet with a salesperson to see the 2007 models. We had specifically mentioned to them on the phone and via email that this is was the appointment to meet with a salesperson to see the 2007 models. When we arrived the salesperson brought us into the lot and proceeded to tell us that they had no 2007 models and even if they did it wasn't worth it to buy the 2007 model but instead to go for the 2008 model. They must have been wanting to clear the lot for the 2009 models, so he was pushing us (very persistently) to look at the 2008 models. We were really not impressed and left. As well, I think the cars they list on their site and on autotrader.com are BS. I think they list to get you to come in. The had numerous CRV's on the site and then wen we can in, poof!- they were all gone!! Horrible service! More
Unbelievable!! TOTAL CROOKS!!!! My Wife and I called on the phone and spoke to a KIM at Paragon. We explained that we are coming in to lease 2 cars, a 2009 Honda Civic LX, and a Honda Accord LX. We told her we don't want any hidden surprises just a final monthly price with $2500.00 down. She gave us a price of $179 for the Civic and $199.00 for the Accord which will include taxes. Well, we get to the dealer and deal with salesman ANGEL...we tell him we spoke to KIM and we have all the prices..he says let him go to the computer and look up the records. Lo and behold he smiles and says..yep..all the notes are there and he says let's close the deal. We say great! He hands us all the papers to fill out including credit forms we fill them out. He says to hold on and leaves us for about 20 minutes. All of a sudden he comes back and says his manager says that the price Kim gave us is only if we take the lone from their bank and not HONDA FINANCIAL...and therefore there is an additional $1200.00 bank fee on top of the $2500.00 we agreed to put down!!!! Needless to say, I said..look, we made an agreement you have all the notes and now you're pulling this?! We will walk out and you will lose a sale on 2 cars!! He says hold on..let me go back to my manager and see what I can do...comes back and says OK he can drop the bank fee to $900.00! I said either you give us the original agreed upon deal or we walk. To make a long story short...after trying to reduce the bank fee to $800..we decided we had enough and drove to HILLSIDE HONDA..and in 2 hrs we walked out with our 2 cars at the price we originally were given by PARAGON. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!! More
