I have had nothing but great experiences with Paragon Acura. I have had my MDX serviced with Ibis Andino and felt he delivered excellent customer service. I cant think of one complaint. PAID FOR BRAKE SERVICE THAT WASN'T DONE.HAD TO COME BACK COUPLE TIMES FOR THINGS TO GET FIXED . THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY DSSAPOINTING. I have been dealing with Paragon for two years and never had a problem. They are very friedly and accomodating. They are very acurate when the promise time your car will be ready. Kevin the service advis had a problem. They are very friedly and accomodating. They are very acurate when the promise time your car will be ready. Kevin the service advisor is very helpful and does his best to solve all your problems. Also, when getting parts Leo and JOhn are great. They are very knowledgable and helpful. Purchased my used Acura from Paragon. After a few months, noticed a problem with it, they immediately took it back, serviced it, and repaired the problem free of charge. On my last visit to Paragon Acura, I was amazed by the excellence of their service. I went there to have my 2007 MDX service without an appointment and they were able to fit me in their schedule which wa excellence of their service. I even was able to get a loaner car; before I remember, I would have needed to let them know in advance to get one, this time I got it instantly which was outstanding as well. The whole service team, Mike Timpone the manager and Kevin C, the advisor were really helpful and professional at all times. My whole experience was fascinating, the advisor showed a lot concern for my satisfaction, he kept me informed about the job that was being perform in my car and I got my car on the time and date it was scheduled to be done. During my whole visit, I felt so much appreciation as a customer that I needed to write a review. More
I only have praise for 'PARAGON' my 2006 TL has been serviced there since new as was my 2005 TL until I destroyed it in an accident.the service I receive is just great,Ex. on a Saturday morning in July serviced there since new as was my 2005 TL until I destroyed it in an accident.the service I receive is just great,Ex. on a Saturday morning in July as I was preparing to leave for a cross country trip,I noticed the battery sounded weak and off I went to Paragon,it took less than 20 minutes for the car to be checked and a new battery installed and I was on my way without being late.That's great service---Frank is the best!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a new 2010 Acura TL at another dealership because they had the only color combination i was looking for. 1 month later, transmission had a slight problem. Came to Paragon Acura because its c because they had the only color combination i was looking for. 1 month later, transmission had a slight problem. Came to Paragon Acura because its close to my work. At first I thought they would give me a hard time since I did not buy the car here...boy was I wrong! Not only did they took my car in right away, ( Chris...I forgot his last name but he is a super nice service advisor) their service manager also managed to get me a loaner car (Mike Timpone was the manager), they are the most efficient/effective people I have met in any dealership service center. It was a SMOOTH transaction over all from Taking my car in to letting me out in their loaner. I would give an A+ for that. The next day come, Chris calls me and says the car is ready! Now that was amazing! Apprantly Mike and Chris ordered the parts needed and have ACURA over nighted the parts over! (I thought it would take days if not a week to fix...) I have owned many cars, went to many different service centers, i have been through the same "service Run arounds"; but Paragon Acura has completely changed my experience and perspective of a dealership service center! I hope they keep up the good work because they have just earned themselves a royal customer. More
I recently went to Paragon Acura for a regular service visit, and I walked out with a brand new car with an amazing deal. The staff there is always courteous, and professional making my trip out to Woods visit, and I walked out with a brand new car with an amazing deal. The staff there is always courteous, and professional making my trip out to Woodside, Queens from Canarsie, Brooklyn worthwhile. My last car, a 2005 Acura TL was purchased and exclusively serviced by Paragon Acura, and most importantly, it was easy on my wallet. The car was basically trouble free, and regular maintenance is surprisingly affordable at this level. The service department also has it's share of specials. It's this kind of balance in affordability that makes Paragon Acura a great one solution shop for consumers needing reliable transportation that maintains excellent re-sale value. Affordability is important to me because I'm not a rich guy. It feels good to be able to purchase an upscale vehicle and maintain it without having to spend exhorbitant amounts throughout the period of ownership. More
