I dropped off my car here for service. They gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. I got so ticked off at their HORRIBLE customer service that I called another Acura dealer to get the work per list of things that needed to be fixed. I got so ticked off at their HORRIBLE customer service that I called another Acura dealer to get the work performed. Guess what? Nothing was wrong with my car ! How do I know? The OTHER Acura dealer informed me after inspection that my car was fine. A huge FAIL for Paragon Acura because not only are they shady but they screwed up robbing my of my time and money with their sheer incompetence. If they had just gotten back to me in a timely fashion and communicated at all and knew how to apologize for screwing something up I would have just scheduled the 2nd appointment to fix the "problems" with my car More
One day I received a call regarding my experience during one of my recent visits. I assured him that I had had a good experience while I was there. With the exception of the high prices... but that is to be expected when you are dealing with quality automobiles... I feel truly blessed that these are the guys I have to deal with whenever I need something looked at or whenever the time is right for a check up. You are doing a great job Mike. Thanks again! More
Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful. A great overall experience. Westchester Acura is only 2 miles from my house, but I prefer to drive the 22 miles to Paragon Acura to have my vehicle serviced. Paragon Acura: always excellent customer service until today! I originally purchased my car from Acura of Manhattan after having a unpleasant result at Paragon Acura. Since I live in Brooklyn I dec today! I originally purchased my car from Acura of Manhattan after having a unpleasant result at Paragon Acura. Since I live in Brooklyn I decided to give Paragon Acura Service Dept a try and that when I first met with Chris Urena. Since the first day I walked into Paragon Acura, Mr. Urena has always been very informative, professional, and pleasant to work with. He always makes sure he fully explains to me the work being done on my car and his recommendations. And most importantly if I drop off my car, he calls periodically to give me updates. I always had a pleasant experience at Acura due to Chris excellent customer service level which always made me come back to this particular dealer. However today 11/4 I had a service appointment scheduled and walking into the dealership I no longer see Chris Urena. One of the service advisors advised me that he left the dealership and is no longer with the company. Thats when everything went wrong. A gentleman by the name of Kevin attended me today had me wait 10-15 mins while he finishes some paperwork and then gets on the phone while I'm sitting with him to order breakfast! Again this is 11/4 at 7:25 AM. He has me signs and tells me he will call me when the car is ready. I asked him around what time the job will be completed, he says by 1 pm. Well it was 2pm and no call from Acura. I decided to call the general number since my contact (chris) was no longer there. The receptionist tells me to speak with my advisor Kevin, she transfers me and after 10 rings I get no answer. I call again she just says no your car isnt ready and I'll leave a message with Kevin. 3 PM no call from Kevin or Acura. At 3:30 pm I call again, the same lady informs me the car isnt ready and transfers me to Kevin who doesn't answer again after numerous rings. Finally at 6 pm I get a call from a lady to tell me the car is ready! This was the worst experience ever. Not only did I never hear from my service advisor Kevin but when I picked up the car at 7pm I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to get my car. He doesn't explain anything that was done to my car, but just tells me that I should expect a call from Acura Service and rate him a 10 to help him out! Unbelievable! Its a shame that I had to hear Chris Urena left the dealership. Not only was this individual knowledgeable, professional and courteous, his service kept me in business with Acura Paragon even though I already had a unpleasant experience when purchasing my 09 MDX. It is also disturbing to hear such individual with so much enthusiasm to help his clients left the company in its entirety. Obviously there is something wrong with Paragon Acura and its employees. I dont think I will ever return to this dealership again! More
I have a 2001 Acura CL. I purchased the car used from an auction. When I drive, the car would shake around 60mph. So I took it to Pep Boys they said I needed tires & 4 new rims and wanted to charge me a a auction. When I drive, the car would shake around 60mph. So I took it to Pep Boys they said I needed tires & 4 new rims and wanted to charge me a arm and a leg. I brought it to my neighbor who fixs cars and he tried to get me. He said i needed new struts with the new tires & rims. I was trying not to go to the dealership but I had no choice. Thats where I ran into Kevin as soon as I told him the problem he knew what it was "rotors". Not only did he save me a ton of money. He had excellent customer service skills as well. As long as Kevin is there Acura is my first stop for car repairs. More
I had a day where I was very glad I owned an Acura. The battery died mid-day in NYC. I called Acura Roadside Assistance (the first time I ever had to---and this is the fifth Acura I have owned). The roadsi battery died mid-day in NYC. I called Acura Roadside Assistance (the first time I ever had to---and this is the fifth Acura I have owned). The roadside assistance person was there in 20 minutes. I immediately drove to Paragon Acura, where I have had all 5 Acuras serviced, and Chris Urena, the service manager who I have very happily dealt with for several years there, was able to have the battery replaced while I waited. Now that is customer service. May I say that Mr Urena has ALWAYS been a dedicated professional every time I have made an appointment for scheduled maintenance. He has always been attentive and knowledgeable, concerned about customer satisfaction---and gracious. It is evident that he enjoys dealing with his clientele, as he honestly remembers things from one visit to the next--even before he looks at the computer. Mr Urena makes a service visit a very good experience. More

I bought my 2009 Acura TL for service, I had some issue with my speakers so i decided to go Saturday morning i didn't have a appointment, they took my car in for service and repaired my problem same day i with my speakers so i decided to go Saturday morning i didn't have a appointment, they took my car in for service and repaired my problem same day i was out of dealership in less then 2 hours. I highly recommend Paragon Acura service for having a great customer satisfaction, that i didn't have to take a day off from work to bring my car in for service. I also received a free car wash. Thanks to Mike and Kevin great people to work with. More
