I had my 2022 Acura MDX for first time complimentary I had my 2022 Acura MDX for first time complimentary service for oil change and rotation of tires etc..-- the coupon was sent to my home from Paragon I had my 2022 Acura MDX for first time complimentary service for oil change and rotation of tires etc..-- the coupon was sent to my home from Paragon where I purchased the car. I arrived on time scheduled for 11:30 am; however, I was lining up for waiting in the car outside the service area under the temperature of 29 degree F continually for 45 minutes before I drove and led into the service area where I stayed in the car for twenty minutes before any service adviser attempted to talk to me. When I talked to the advisor Mr. Steven Hernanadez who scheduled my appointment , he did not seem to remember what had been scheduled and even the email in front of me clearly indicated what my visit was all about- a very unusual and unprofessional response to a new car purchaser who expects a warm welcome and knowledgeable about the promotion for new customer, particularly the first timer. Then he asked for auto registration and promotional coupon etc.. -- the unnecessary requests which had been clearly recorded in the computer --unless Paragon does not have it like all other dealers . Even worse, when my car was taken for service, I was told that I needed to wait for two hours for the oil change and Paragon would provide a drive to take me home and back to service dealership--this never happened. I complained to the service manager Mike and he simply gave a perfunctory response indicating that this was a busy Saturday morning--no apology and no indication of any room for improvement. In short my experience with Paragon was a nightmare! If I have a choice , I will never go back to Paragon for any further service. I arrived at 11 am, and I left at almost 4 pm. for a complimentary oil change. And Acura is supposed to be a luxury brand with a reputation for good service and customer satisfaction. Obviously, it is not my experience with Paragon! More
I have been a very loyalty customer with Paragon Acura from the purchasing the vehicle till now. A couple of days ago I have had a break issue so I tried to check with good brand named Paragon Acura and w from the purchasing the vehicle till now. A couple of days ago I have had a break issue so I tried to check with good brand named Paragon Acura and was willing to believe any care service with them. However, the repairment was amazingly not explained about what cost could be charged in details also only service guy was telling about charging cost total sum only after trying to tell me that it's not safe to drive to make me more be forced into a corner. I was super busy at that time and wanted to see detail information like last time I had but no information for that no picture and no explaination about details. Finally when I checked my bill I was so shocked because the labor charge was almost $1400 it's not acceptable to me. I can't be a loyalty customer anymore and would find another repairshop and try to switch different brand Tesla or Lexus, and never recommend Acura for anyone. As a result, it's like the similar situation that you cheat one of your sincere friends who believes and trusts you so much it is exactly the same feeling at least for me. I want to share my experience more broadly with people by sharing it in online community and google review to prevent them from being charged the same. I took my Acura 2020 RDX for Maintanance here. I explained that my Acura windshield wiper fluid system might have a leak because the fluid runs out without using it. I told them to check that and to explained that my Acura windshield wiper fluid system might have a leak because the fluid runs out without using it. I told them to check that and to do the oil change, and the maintenance. When they returned the car 2 hours later, they told me everything was done and well. I asked if they found the issue with the windshield wiper fluid and said everything was good. I personally checked the windshield wiper and IT WAS EMPTY. They didn’t have the courtesy to check or replenish the fluid. I went back to my customer advisor and I told them that they didn’t put any windshield wiper fluid. They took the car back to service and came back in 2 minutes with a container full of fluid. I asked if they checked if there was a leakage. He said they checked for everything and that everything looked good. I drove back home and it was empty as soon as I got home. I knew they didn’t check anything! How am I supposed to trust a service done in my vehicle in this dealer if they didn’t check the simple things like check if there’d a leakage, and they didn’t do anything. I called a bunch of times and they did not pick up the phone. I do not trust this dealer. I’m sure they didn’t even check my car and charged me for it. More
