Quite frankly, the service advisor should be better trained to know what is going on with the dealer promotion programs. Particularly when dealing with first time new customer, a sense of enthusiasm and helpful attitude should be displayed. Why ask for coupon when everything is in the computer? All you need is customer name and phone number .Don't overbook if you cannot handle that many customers on one single day or provide pick up and drop off customer service-- do it sincerely not just lip service. I had been in other Acura service on long Island-- it is much better in comparison. Hope that you can catch up too.
