I have to say it was well worth the trip from Brooklyn to Woodside to Paragon Acura. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was so impressed. The staff made you feel so comfortable. He arranged it to be ready for the following day, everything was done when I came to pick it up I once again was so impressed. This is my first Acura purchase but I can assure you there will be many more I told all my friends about Paragon so when their leases are up they will be going there. No running around and double talking. They were very upfront about everthing, from price to availability to financing. They work as a team to meet all your car buying needs. The sales person (Camilo) was very nice and friendly, with a no-pressure attitude. The sales manager (Murat) actually spoke to customers if needed, rather than being some "Wizard of Oz" type of manager hiding behind a curtain. The finance manager (Jean) was very honest about pricing and options and did not try to pressure add-ons that were not needed. Overall, I couldn't see my self buying a vehicle from anywhere else, after this buying experince. This is my 5th car that I have purchased and i just wish I had come across this dealership sooner.
