From that moment on, my experiences with Stephen Deng and Paragon have really been both pleasant and exciting. In addition, the entire staff at Paragon from the sales, financing, management and service departments are all very knowledgable, professional and polite. The transactions were/are smooth from start to finish. Once you close your deal, you are greeted by Ms. Wendy Deshais who does a great job making sure you are well versed with the many functions and uses of the technologies included in your vehicle. Wendy's great personality made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. I was overwhelmed with the features in the car and totally blown away with the voice command. Her clear and precise explanations regarding the hi-tech equipment made it easy to understand. She assured me that I could call her at any time with any question and if necesssary, a face to face at Paragon. She was always available. My car is only two weeks old and Wendy has called me each week to see how I'm doing and if I needed any help with anything. What a Great Experience!! I just got a new Aura Rdx and far one of the best purchases that I've made. I was greeted by Peter Pazmino and he made me feel very comfortable right away. I told him that I was not in a rush and he completely respected that. (I actually ended up coming in three different times before I have got the car and each time he took his time and answered all of my questions) At first time that I told him I was coming in, he had the car that I wanted to drive pulled up and ready to go for me. I was comparing a few different cars but the Rdx and the service was what sold it for me. I told Peter where I wanted to be (after doing my research online and discussing it with my wife) and after negotiating for the monthly payment he did is best and I got me a great offer. The financing went through very quickly and Jean Maurilus was a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to showing off my New Rdx and have already told a few of my friends about it, and bragged about the deal that I got.
