From the moment I called in Paragon Acura I knew I was dealing with great people. I worked with Vanessa a sales representative over the phone. The next morning I received a call from Angela who reassured me that getting out of my 2009 Accord and into an Acura TSX is a smart decision. When I came in I worked with Rob S and his sales manager Steven and Sasha. They were very accommodating; we worked out a payment that was fair for both parties. Although everything was going great with the car payments my insurance quote was too high. Rob took it into his hands to get me a great insurance quote. I dealt with a handful of people, which were all extremely helpful. I had very good experience with the persons I delt with to buy my wife the new TSX tech. What was diappointing is that the finance interest rate difference of 2% higher if the extended warrantee is not or to buy my wife the new TSX tech. While looking for an Acura MDX 2008 I was sent an email stating that they had the exact model and color that I was looking for.
