This was a great experience, no pressure. Came in on a Wednesday night and then returned the following Monday and purchased a new 2011 Silverado. While looking on the lot for a car Jeff was helpful and knowledgable. I did not feel pressured in any way. After buying the car the change oil message would appear every time I started the car but I spoke knowledgable. I did not feel pressured in any way. The only major issue I had was that I was told I needed to buy an insurance binder in order to drive the car off the lot that day even though I was currently insured. I purchased this because I was told I needed to and after all was said and done I ended up not needing it. According to the paperwork I signed at the time of purchase it stated I had 1 day to prove I was insured but at the time this piece of info slipped under my radar. I was given a refund after speaking to Armando for the binder, but after the initial phone call to him I had to call and email him again in order to solve the issue. I did not receive any updates until I got the refund check in the mail. For this part of my experience I would of appreciated better communication. More
