He worked closely with his manager to ensure that we received the best possible combination of rebates and discounts, and spent a long time working with his finance team to get us a lower than we expected interest rate. Lawrence was so eager to make us happy, he even drove to our house, 30 minutes out of his way, after working a full day and on a holiday, to pick our our check because we had forgotten our check book. Then he took even more time to help me program my Bluetooth and OnStar, and to give me a little tour of the features of my new car. That is really going the extra mile, and it left a lasting impression! I was also given a tour around the Paradise facility & introduced to the service manager I would personally be dealig with in the future. I was very happy with my experience.
