My car has been in their shop for months. There is zero communication. I have been given every excuse under the sun about the warranty, Chrysler, waiting on parts, employees being out sick….. you name it. I have NEVER got a straight answer. I had collision repairs done at this location previously in Oct which took weeks but at least they were accommodating and kept me in the loop. Not one have the employees at Jeep tried to help me get a loaner or a rental. I have three kids and work two jobs. I had to quit one of my jobs because I had no way to get there. I still do not have a date that I can expect my 2021 Jeep to be ready. I will never return to this location. More

Worst dealership experience ever! I purchased a brand new Jeep there four years ago and was so NOT impressed with the sales department (Joel). Now I just bought out my friends lease on that Jeep and had even a worst experience (Joel) than my first buy!! NEVER again will I deal with Par-K as long as Joel is working there!! On the plus side, the service department re: Rick, is absolutely the best! He runs an awesome service department. He's knowledgeable and has true customer service! Too bad I'll never step foot in that dealership again. More

We should have gone here first! For years, my fiancé and I had been dreaming of replacing my car(the epitome of a first car) with a Jeep Wrangler. On Mother's Day this year, we wer For years, my fiancé and I had been dreaming of replacing my car(the epitome of a first car) with a Jeep Wrangler. On Mother's Day this year, we were rear-ended in his car, leaving it totaled. This was the last straw and we knew that we would be car shopping soon enough. We went through xxxx and back to find a Jeep Wrangler in our budget, driving hours away for mediocre service, high miles and financing that would get us nowhere but sucked into a black hole of debt. We had been to Par-K once before to test drive some brand new Jeeps (far out of our price range) to get an idea about them, so we didn't think to go there if we were looking for a nice price or a USED vehicle. After almost two weeks of searching (which seems like a lifetime with two cars that are terrible to drive), we found a used 2-door vehicle, with good gas mileage, online, at no other place but Par-K. We were taken off guard but decided to check it out. The car was fabulous. It was a great price, had fantastic gas mileage and low miles. Gloria had immediately greeted us when we arrived, grabbed us the keys in the blink of an eye and we fell even more in love with it on our test drive! Although the new Jeep Wranglers on their lot were far out of our price range, the used ones were in great condition and came pretty close to what we could afford! We tried VERY hard not to try to push our budget to the limit, and instead hopped in a Jeep Liberty while we waited for the paperwork to be done on the 2-door. Again, we fell in love. This Jeep was perfectly in our budget! We told Gloria that we would love to purchase the two vehicles from her and she even worked out a deal with Joel so that we would have money left over from our budget! The financing that they could provide was fabulous and FAST! Everything that the folks at Par-K did for us that afternoon was done quickly and with a smile. We agreed to pick up the vehicles on the following Friday because the 2-door had recently come into the lot and they wanted to make sure it was in tip-top shape before we drove it home. The folks at Par-K did a lot for us that day, but they really went above and beyond when I ended up getting out of work early and decided that I wanted the Jeep Liberty NOW. We arrived at the lot 30 minutes before closing and Joel jumped on getting the paperwork finished as quickly as he could -with a smile on his face! While waiting, we were literally passed by an excited couple that had just purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Gloria and told us "If you're buying a car, get it from her!" We excitedly responded "We're getting two from her!" We worked quickly between Gloria and Joel for the next hour, pulling together the last strands of paperwork for the two vehicles. They both spent an hour -after the lot had closed -making sure that we were able to experience the feeling of driving the nicest vehicle we had ever owned home that night. We love our Liberty so much and can't wait to get the other car on Friday, when it is done in the shop. We know that we will be back in a couple years, when we can easily afford the Jeep Wrangler. Par-K is amazing and we would and WILL recommend them to anyone. More
