I had an issue with my car and brought it to a dealership that was closer to my home. After having a negative experience with that dealer, I brought my car back to Papas, which is the dealership I purchased that was closer to my home. So helpful and understanding of my frustrations. He personally worked with me to resolve the issues with my car. Sean provided me with a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced for the time my car would be in the shop. A part the other dealership told me would take weeks to come in is being installed at Papas within 24 hours. I highly recommend Sean based on his customer service skills. He has definitely restored my faith in dealerships. More

I returned to Papa's on 4/7/13 to complete my 2013 Jeep Wrangler purchase. They installed my side steps, applied the Simonize Glasscoat, detailed the jeep, and undercoated the vehicle. I was issued Jeep Wrangler purchase. They installed my side steps, applied the Simonize Glasscoat, detailed the jeep, and undercoated the vehicle. I was issued a vehicle for the dAy during this process and the vehicle was completed that afternoon as promised. I dealt with Service Consultant,Tom Donahue, who was extremely professional during this visit. All of the requested services were performed as promised and tghe quality of work was excellent. The next day, my Salesman,Jeromy Berman, contacted me to ask me about the service and the work performed. I stated that all was well and he offerd his help with any other issues/questions that I might have in the future concerning my purcahse.
