I'm sorry that you feel we didn't do enough to help with your registration/transfer. As we explained at the time of delivery we are unable to renew a transferred registration if it is not within 60 days of it's renewal period according to CT DMV rules which clearly state: "Vehicle Transfer at Renewal Time: The OLRS (Online Renewal System) will process a vehicle transfer at renewal time. If a customer registration expires within the next 60 days, the dealership MUST process the renewal with a transfer." We understand your confusion when the renewal came in the mail and would have loved to have helped but our hands were clearly tied by the rules of the DMV. We are glad you are pleased with Augie and the service department and hope that you will continue to take advantage of our award winning service dept. Thank you for your comments, Dom Papa

Mr Papa. I was not trying to point fingers but not that you have informed me of the DMV renewal system "with in 60 days of date of renewal you would have been able to transfer my plates with the normal two year reg. Thank you for clearing this up for me! 1) It was not explained at the time of delivery. 2) The date on my bill is Jan. 19 2011 my Reg. expired on March 11 2011 That is 50 days I believe it was with in the 60 days you quoted from DMV. All I was looking for was help with a problem and weather or not you want to believe it the person I talked to the last time I was in your dealership was rude and offer on help all she did was blame a former employee of yours. This could have been over and done with if the women I and Augie spoke with from your finance dept. would have been willing to do any thing outer then push it off on someone else! I would be more then happy to talk this over with you at any time.
