I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee which I paid almost 50 k for and received nothing but lies about free oil change and tire rotation for a year and lifetime extended warrantee, which they called me 2 weeks after purchasing telling me they don’t do lifetime warrantees for my specific vehicle. Even though I signed the contract I did the nice thing and just canceled it and resigned another one. Then I went to make an appointment for the oil change that I was told repeatedly by Jeffrey Juaire the business manager that I would get free oil change and tire rotations, I find out I do not have this, better yet Mr Juarire gets on the phone with me and says he never said this???? My husband and I were there when he repeatedly said this. I have no problem paying for my oil changes but the fact of being lied to and given false information. On the positive side It is a large dealership with a cool showroom that is filled with old cars and even has a little fried food joint inside, but I will never go back to that dealership again, I will happily pay a dealer that I can trust. I love JEEPs always have but I don’t think I will by another one after all this headache. I wish I read more reviews! More

I recently leased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E from Papa's and dealt with Evan. The vehicle grows on me every day, appreciating all the features that I requested. I could not believe how comfortab from Papa's and dealt with Evan. The vehicle grows on me every day, appreciating all the features that I requested. I could not believe how comfortable I was through the whole process compared to a Jeep dealer that is two miles away from me. They treated me like big money, even though I looked scruffy. The respect level was there and I felt that they welcomed my business unlike other places. Evan went though everything with me as far as features of each vehicle that I looked at. Ultimately the vehicle I decided on was exactly as advertised. Friendly, courteous, and even a since of humour. As far as knowledge of each vehicle, I could not come up with a question that couldn't be answered. I would say that is a sign that these folks care about the customer, their job/career, and what they sale you. They sell you what you want and nothing more. I for one would definitely recommend Papa's for dealings of a vehicle to family, friends, and people i don't even know. More

So helpful and understanding of my frustrations. He personally worked with me to resolve the issues with my car. Sean provided me with a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced for the time my car would be in the shop. A part the other dealership told me would take weeks to come in is being installed at Papas within 24 hours. I highly recommend Sean based on his customer service skills. He has definitely restored my faith in dealerships. More
