I am never really a big fan of the car buying process and have to honestly say Evan made this one of the most relaxed and enjoyable experiences I have had. From his in depth knowledge of the brands - I drove three different vehicles - Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango and the Ram 1500. To his patience while I made my decision, the whole process could not have been more relaxed and low pressure. Evan even followed up with me one day when he was trying to get me some additional figures just to let me know he did not have a chance to get that done - and would have to me first thing the next day (which he did) don't see that much these days. We had just left another dealership in Bristol with a bad taste in our mouths about salesmen and car dealerships. We stopped into papas and were approved for a car within a half hour or less no games and they had us in our price range for monthly payments. They did not ask for any money or down payment until the signing where as the other dealership basically said they wouldn't even sit down with us till we left a huge deposit for a car they didn't even know was still available or not!!! I will give all my business from this point forward to papas dodge and I highly recommend Evan Monikowski he got everything done in a timely manner and kept us in our price range!! yeahhh papas!! thanks again everyone at papas!!!! Steve Lewis did a great job talking to myself and my father and going through the jeep before I had even decided I wanted it. My dad who hates car shopping was very happy with the overall experience he received from Steve and Ed. I had to come back the next day to bring some documents and even though Steve was busy with another client he still took the time to make sure I was taken care off. This service I received has made the difference in my car shopping experience and I will be sure to recommend Papa's to family and friends. More

2014 Ram 5500 Reg. Cab Chassis Purchase Experience I am a farmer and needed to buy a new truck for the purpose of delivering firewood. I am a loyal Mopar customer and have always owned Dodge trucks. I I am a farmer and needed to buy a new truck for the purpose of delivering firewood. I am a loyal Mopar customer and have always owned Dodge trucks. I went to several dealerships in NJ and none of them seemed interested in my business. I was looking for a truck with specific requirements for the types of firewood deliveries I make. I searched the Commercial Truck Trader site and found several listings for Papa's Dodge in New Britain, CT. I saw one that was similar to what I needed so I called the number and spoke with Frank Montoni, Manager of the Commercial Trucks and Business Link. He listened to my requirements for the truck and then suggested we both speak with Dejana the body manufacturer and installer. We came up with the design and worked through the details together. Frank had a 2014 Ram 5500 Reg. Cab Chassis coming in with all the options I needed and would fit the body Dejana was going to build. We negotiated the price which Frank and Papa's was very fair with me during this process. I worked with Ed Koziol on the financing and he secured a good rate with the commercial credit. I picked up my new truck on Friday, May 23, 2014, I was very happy with the entire process and recommend Papa's Dodge to anyone that needs a commercial truck.
