do not use this dealer I purchased a new ram truck and was not happy at all with the service. my salesman was not helpful at all with questions and concerns. I was supposed to get aluminum rims on the truck that I paid extra for and then was told they were not available but never got credited back the money I paid for them. I was also supposed to get the service manuals with the purchase that I never received and when I picked up the truck it only had a half tank of fuel. after spending 50k + on a vehicle it should at least come with a full tank. not sure about their service department but I don't plan on using them now. I will go to another dealer. More

Great service! Papa's was my 3rd jeep dealership stop. I walked in knowing the car I wanted from looking at inventory online. I just felt the other 2 dealerships wer Papa's was my 3rd jeep dealership stop. I walked in knowing the car I wanted from looking at inventory online. I just felt the other 2 dealerships were not informative about the different options of the car and did not want to deal with me as I was turning in a lease early. I walked in to the receptionist who was very friendly. She paged Gary Tufano. I knew right away the experience was going to be better. Gary looked and acted very professional. He was happy to listen to what I wanted, wrote it all down and thanked me for being straight forward. I knew where I wanted to be for a payment and at no point did Gary make me feel like he wasn't going to be able to work with me. Instead, he asked what he could do to get me into the car that day. Even though I had test drove many of the cars with many different options, Gary still walked the lot with me and took the time to go over the options again. Turns out, I was misinformed by the other dealerships about the screen display size with back-up camera. Gary got me within $1.86 of the payment I wanted and that is with the larger screen display that I wanted. The transaction was smooth and I love my new car.As always, I do the shopping and my husband does the signing. Gary treated him and my kids with the same respected he treated me from the moment I walked in the door. I will send friends and family to Gary because it was such a positive experience. I am never really a big fan of the car buying process and have to honestly say Evan made this one of the most relaxed and enjoyable experiences I have had. From his in depth knowledge of the brands - I drove three different vehicles - Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango and the Ram 1500. To his patience while I made my decision, the whole process could not have been more relaxed and low pressure. Evan even followed up with me one day when he was trying to get me some additional figures just to let me know he did not have a chance to get that done - and would have to me first thing the next day (which he did) don't see that much these days. I would most definitely recommend Evan and Papa's (actually already have) to anyone interested in your brands. Thanks for a great experience. Jon Rosinski More
