We were on a quest for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and initially visited a different dealership. That dealership couldn't give us the time of day even though i had scheduled an appointment. We left and went to Papa's and within minutes was greeted by our Sales Consultant Gary Tufano. Gary understood our needs, was super easy to work with and we felt he was sincere and trustworthy. The numbers were right where we needed to be without haggling back and forth. We wrapped up the deal quickly and even had a flawless pick-up the following day with Ed Koziol. We came back with my car to be appraised a few days later and received a fair amount and drove off with our new car. Papa's prices are hands down the fairest around. Got a fair trade-in and purchase price and was in and out in less than a couple hours. I did have to follow-up with Evan to swap out the floor mats and he was quick to reply and had everything ready for me when I got there. More

car fixed under warranty My car needed a couple small things fixed and I had a warranty. Everything was done in a timely manner and it was all covered. They washed my car too. They also gave me a 10% off coupon for their diner and a coupon for a free drink. I had my car back the same day. I did have to wait two weeks for an appointment, but the work was done well. Only downside: they offer a free ride back to your house or your office, and then they'll pick you up to bring you back to get your car. I had asked in advance for the ride back to my office in the morning; I work five minutes away. They said no problem, but when I got there that morning I was told that the shuttle had just left for Middletown (at 8:45 AM) and I ended up being 35 minutes late for work. I wish that someone had looked more closely at the schedule or that the shuttle had waited five minutes. But overall I'm happy and I will bring my car back. More
