Good customer service is hard to find currently with its seems everyone is short staffed. I recently had an issue with a new soft top for my jeep wrangler. I called up Frank Greg the GM at papas and he fixed the issue within the day. Frank, Kyle and their staff member Rich (who was super patient, knowledgeable, and just a great guy) were all awesome!! If you are looking new or used---go over to Papas in NB---their staff is fantastic!! More

Imagine ordering a brand new truck, never getting to see it, sit in it or test drive it and then being told the dealership will not be honoring manufacturer’s rebates (which do not affect their bottom line) it, sit in it or test drive it and then being told the dealership will not be honoring manufacturer’s rebates (which do not affect their bottom line). That is what happened to me. The new investment company owners may be forcing the Papa’s sales department to squeeze every ounce of profit out of every unit regardless of how unethical it is. Firstly, the service department and parts department of Papa’s Dodge are excellent and deserve 5 stars. Sales department = 0 stars. I own a Durango, Charger and Ram 1500 and the service department is excellent and does very good work. The parts department is friendly and is always able to help with my parts needs. I had a very bad experience with the sales department on a factory order for a new Ram 1500 on February 28, 2022. I believe the issue stems from the dealership not having any inventory due to allocation and supply chain issues which may contribute to them trying to swindle a consumer like myself into not buying the factory order or trying to charge me more all so they can keep the truck I ordered for their inventory. I had an appointment to go to the dealership when my new truck arrived but rather than show me the new truck I ordered to my spec and waited 2 months for THEY NEVER SHOWED ME THE NEW TRUCK! (that is what someone does when they do not want to sell a vehicle and prefer to keep it for inventory and sell it to a walk in for MSRP or more). The salesman never let me see it, sit in it test drive it or anything and this was not a exotic car, it was a 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn. The salesperson and sales manager immediately began badgering me by telling me repeatedly the rebates I confirmed with Stelantis on the 1-800 line just hours before I arrived they would not honor. I asked them to call Stelantis several times but the sales manager Marty refused to call and just kept leaving the desk for periods of time I believe to try to get me to give up. I finally called the Rebate line myself and they explained to the salesperson how to manually enter codes for the rebates from the manufacturer which don’t come out of their bottom line into the computer. The sales manager still refused to honor the rebates and stated I would have to pay full price and they would mail me a refund check for the rebates if and when they received them from the manufacturer. I told them this was unacceptable; they could not wait to offer a refund of my non-refundable deposit again to sell it to someone else for more money. I went to a different CDJR dealer that would honor factory rebates and ordered the same truck from them without the drama. Unless you don’t want rebates up front and don’t mind paying MSRP or more and not being allowed to see or test drive the vehicle stay away. More
