2016 Ram 1500 Purchase I had been to Papa's one time in the past while considering a previous vehicle. I loved their selection but ended up buying an older model from a priv I had been to Papa's one time in the past while considering a previous vehicle. I loved their selection but ended up buying an older model from a private party instead. This time around, I was looking for a "new" used vehicle within the 2015-2016 model years. Papa's had about 10 trucks fitting my criteria, and I settled on a '16 Ram 1500. When it was time to talk numbers, my salesman, Gary Tufano, was a very straight shooter. He was up front with everything, and explained what each number meant in an "if this, then that" type approach, which I appreciated very much. He was an advisor, more than a salesman simply trying to make another sale. He showed me exactly how small financial changes now affected my overall price and monthly payment down the road. I ended up buying the truck and taking it home that day. Gary even drove me to the bank while the financial forms were completed, and I walked out the door a happy customer. Due to the fact that I took immediate delivery, Papa's gave me an "IOU" for a complete detail which is usually done to each vehicle before it drives off the lot. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!! More

Despite our reservations of not knowing the actual process, we had a very good experience with Jeromy and our salesperson who prepped the purchase. Having been a gearhead in the muscle cars Dodge offers, we had a couple of trades for a 2016 Dodge 392 Charger. Having never been through the ordering process before, we were walked through each process by Jeromy efficiently and professionally. At the delivery our salesperson Jeromy had appointed was punctual in having the car ready to go as well as very friendly and outgoing. Over all our experience was perfect. The delivery was quick and smooth, the switch over from our trades to the Charger was smooth and everything done was handled professionally.
