My first car! Today I stopped in to see about buying my first car with an auto loan. After 3 hours of waiting for the loan to be approved and playing phone tag with my insurance company about coverage I was finally able to drive my car off the lot. Lex Mellon was our wonderful sales person and so sweet with my 2 year old. She was amazingly helpful getting me a cheaper insurance quote and a main reason I was able to drive my car home today. Great experience at Paoli Ford I reached out to Paoli Ford through the internet, and arranged to test drive a Ford Focus Electric Vehicle (FFE). Jessica was very responsive to my e I reached out to Paoli Ford through the internet, and arranged to test drive a Ford Focus Electric Vehicle (FFE). Jessica was very responsive to my emails and immediately arranged a visit. The salesman, Derrick Pitts, was friendly and a pleasure to work with. In particular, Derrick was very knowledgeable and informative about the pros and cons of the vehicle, and transparent about pricing compared to other model years of the vehicle. Derrick worked with another salesman, Nick, to make sure that any questions I had that he could not address were answered. Derrick and Nick helped me reach a price that I though reasonable and ensured that everything was taken care of for pick up. I highly recommend working with Derrick and Paoli Ford. The only area for improvement is that I found this dealership, like others that I visited, are not very experienced with electric vehicle (EV) sales. Ford has a great product and should definitely work with dealerships to move them, particularly as they have recently announced expansion of their EV product line for the future. More
