Bob was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I told Bob what rate I could get from my bank and Bob told Nick and Nick was able to get me a better rate. They were not pushy and did not purchase the car that day but after sleeping on it decided that this was the car for me. Since purchasing the car Bob has called me to make sure everything was OK and I was satisfied. More
