Great used car I worked with Bob Gillespie in sales and Bunrin Keo in the finance department to get me into a Ford Fusion Energi. Staff was very friendly and no pressure from start to finish. They knew about the vehicle and was reasonable with my trade in truck as well. Getting amazing mpg now as compared to full size truck. Perfect for my daily commute and loving all the features that are packed into the fusion. There are features I didn’t even know were available in cars yet. I was also able to get factory warranty and extended at a great price. Would recommend this dealership to others in the future. More

When I arrived they had the truck I was interested in ready to go - we immediately went for a test ride. Wes Young was my sales person, he was easy to talk to and didn't use typical sales tactics to push the truck on me. Once we returned to the dealership he gave me a fair trade in appraisal and we quickly worked a deal. I returned later that night to pick up the truck which they had serviced, detailed and filled with fuel. Once in the finance office, Keo took us through the paperwork quickly and seamlessly. Lastly, Nick James took us through our new truck; He took the time to walk us through all the features of the truck and answer any questions we had. Overall, we were very impressed with Paoli Ford and their friendly staff. More
