Service Advisor was professional and courteous. They were able to diagnose the problem and then repaired the vehicle. Service Advisor also kept us informed as to the progress of the work. Overall I love PC Toyota, however the maintenance department needs a little more training, as I had purchased 4 brand new tires, the day I left my truck drove like crap, bring it back, turns out they department needs a little more training, as I had purchased 4 brand new tires, the day I left my truck drove like crap, bring it back, turns out they put two bad tires on my truck resulting in messing up my alignment etc. causing me to have extra expenses, and lose money from my business. As I had to be without a vehicle for a day as it was in your shop, I was promised a truck to drive for a rental so I could go about my everyday job, however even after explaining this to the woman at the desk she says “ I gave the only rental truck to the man behind you, because he’s a man and doesn’t want to drive a car”. To say I was just a tad upset would be an understatement, her customer service was none at all. However Mr Corey Butler had incredible customer service through this whole unfortunate frustrating process, and I am very grateful for his patience with me. More

However, I have not checked under the hood as yet but will Monday. I was not pleased that the morning paper was no longer being placed in the waiting area as it has been in the past, the courtesy car wash was not available, and did not see that the pop corn was available as in the past. I did not see any reductions in cost for the service provided to indicate why such niceties have been deemed unnecessary. More
