I wasn’t happy with my regular routine maintenance this time. I was there over 2 1.2 hrs for an oil change and a staple pulled out of tire. I had to bring it to the attention of the Rep. My Van was sitting time. I was there over 2 1.2 hrs for an oil change and a staple pulled out of tire. I had to bring it to the attention of the Rep. My Van was sitting out in the parking lot waiting over an hour for the tire to get looked out. Then I get my car home & there was Grease on doors, around tires,hood of car etc….All that was hard to wipe off a white van. More

I feel I was overcharged for the service work I had completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my car (to include replacing the lifetime battery which I had already purchased there previously years ago…the lifetime battery obviously wasn’t a lifetime battery or I wouldn’t have had to pay for another lifetime battery), and I think the price was too expensive. I guess because I’m a 70 year old woman who purchased her car there (years ago) they felt that they could cheat me. Never again!!!! More
