Chris Schmidt just handled it I came in for my first service on my car and Mr. Schmidt was who handled the details. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty pkg. and did not know it b I came in for my first service on my car and Mr. Schmidt was who handled the details. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty pkg. and did not know it but had a large nail in my tire that could not be repaired. While I was waiting, the tire was replaced with my spare and a new tire ordered, car serviced, and run through the car wash all in 1/2 the time expected. As someone who lost their home and cars during hurricane Michael and has had to spend all their spare time arguing with home and flood insurance, you do not know how much I appreciate having someone JUST HANDLE IT. Out of town brake troubles On vacation from TN and our rear brakes went metal to metal about 10 miles away from our destination. Luckily, there was a Toyota dealership in Panama On vacation from TN and our rear brakes went metal to metal about 10 miles away from our destination. Luckily, there was a Toyota dealership in Panama City. Even luckier, when I scheduled my appointment on Monday morning, I got one of the greatest service advisors in the business. They are re doing their store. Nothing is in place there now, but this guys attitude and professionalism was well intact. As soon as I met him, I knew I had made the right decision on taking it to this dealership. If the rest of the staff are anything like Brian Guthrie, they are a very lucky dealership. He made calls to check in and make sure of what needed done, Gabe me the assessment from the technician hen called when it was ready. Kept my cost down and didn’t try to run up the bill whatsoever. Great job to the dealership and the managers there that have such a great team. More
