Overall a very good experience for as busy as they are. The waiting room and breakfast bar is a great touch. I had an appointment at 10 and went in to see my advisor, who asked what I was having done. I th The waiting room and breakfast bar is a great touch. I had an appointment at 10 and went in to see my advisor, who asked what I was having done. I thought that was the whole point of having an appointment. Later he came looking for me because they said the keys were not in the car, which they were. I made sure they were anyway but he came a second time and said they weren’t. I found someone outside and showed him where the keys were-in plain sight on the console. Inside there is a tv screen with customer names and advisors. My name wasn’t listed. After 2 hours I went to inquire on the status of my vehicle and asked a different technician because mine wasn’t there. I was having recall work done and he said that could take from 2 to 4 hours, without looking to see what my recall was for. I waited until my technician came back and to his credit he went back and said it would be about another 20 minutes, which it was. I waited a total of 3 hours. It would have been nice to know that before so I could arrange for transportation. About an hour after I left I get a phone call at home from someone telling me my car is ready? I said thank you. Obviously this dealership has some administrative issues to work out. More
