Not happy after my last service. First, I was sold a package for electronic parts on my vehicle when I bought it and was told it would cover anything electric on the vehicle. The first electric part that goes out and it is not covered. The door lock actuator went out and I was told it should be covered by my warranty but of course it was not. Then I had a tire issue which I told them prior and they said nothing was wrong. Well it kept happening, so I had them look at it again. They end up replacing my whole tire for free because they messed something up on it, which was great, but never told me what happened and did not make me aware of this until I picked it up. I would have paid for a second tire as the other one has 50,000 miles on it, so I would like them to wear the same. Not sure why they would not take the time to make me aware of this incident. Anyway, very frustrated with them and will likely not buy another vehicle here. More
