My service provider, Mr. Butler was very good and was pleased with him. However, I have not checked under the hood as yet but will Monday. I was not pleased that the morning paper was no longer being placed in the waiting area as it has been in the past, the courtesy car wash was not available, and did not see that the pop corn was available as in the past. I did not see any reductions in cost for the service provided to indicate why such niceties have been deemed unnecessary. More

The service was great. I came in without an appointment for my routine service and Trey got me in and out as promised. The only thing I wish had been different was the waiting area circumstances. We have used the dealership for service for years since we had purchased a 2009 Camry as a new model. At that time, and until the remodeling was done, the waiting area offered a more comfortable temperature, a light snack (i.e. popcorn), and a simple drink (coffee, water, or a punch drink). None of that is present currently. Cheap, simple pleasures can go a long way toward passing the wait time. More
