Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. I wasn’t happy with my regular routine maintenance this time. I was there over 2 1.2 hrs for an oil change and a staple pulled out of tire. I had to bring it to the attention of the Rep. My Van was sitting time. I was there over 2 1.2 hrs for an oil change and a staple pulled out of tire. I had to bring it to the attention of the Rep. My Van was sitting out in the parking lot waiting over an hour for the tire to get looked out. Then I get my car home & there was Grease on doors, around tires,hood of car etc….All that was hard to wipe off a white van. More

We had the best buying experience with Amber. Wojciechowski! This was my 18 year old daughter's first major "adult" purchase and she had very specific goals that also needed to fit a specific bud Wojciechowski! Amber worked diligently with us to find just what we not only needed, but what my daughter had hoped for down to the smallest detail. The first car we went to see was sold before we could get to it. We left empty-handed but continued our search far and wide, still not finding just the right one. A week later, Amber called and had been continuing the search and found "the one". We were beyond thrilled to see this beautiful, Lunar Rock Rav4 waiting on the lot for us and couldn't wait to make the deal. As a salesperson, Amber was not only knowledgeable of the product she was selling, she approached the entire experience with joy and enthusiasm. This is the 7th vehicle my family has purchased from Panama City Toyota so we are no strangers to the process. However this was a new experience for my daughter. Car buying can be very stressful and intimidating to new buyers but my daughter will always remember this experience with a smile because of incredible service that Amber provided. She was up front, no games, no gimmicks, but willing to accommodate in any way she could. Panama City Toyota is a better dealership with her on board. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend others to shop with Amber. More

I feel I was overcharged for the service work I had completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my car (to include replacing the lifetime battery which I had already purchased there previously years ago…the lifetime battery obviously wasn’t a lifetime battery or I wouldn’t have had to pay for another lifetime battery), and I think the price was too expensive. I guess because I’m a 70 year old woman who purchased her car there (years ago) they felt that they could cheat me. Never again!!!! More
