Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

I looked for a car for months and finally stopped by Panama City Toyota and found some cars that were near my price ranger. I priced my Toyota at every Toyota dealership within 200 miles of Mobile, Al. This dealership had the best price and was very accomodating. Panama City Toyota is also a great place for professional hassel free service work. I only had to ask once, they performed the work flawlessly without hesitation. All Toyota dealerships are not created equal...I took my vehicle to Palmers Toyota Superstore (formerly Palmers Airport Toyota) in Mobile for service work. Starting with the service manager...they were very unaccomdating, unfriendly, and lackadaisical. For great sales and service after the sale I recommend Panama City Toyota. More
