Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

Ed, was a good salesman. However, I felt like I was rush into a car. They never let me test drive the car or think about it before purchasing. Have looked at all local dealerships to trade in my vehicle for a newer used vehicle, no dealership would come close to pay off. Went to Toyota because a friend recommend i talk to DJ. Went and got pa vehicle for a newer used vehicle, no dealership would come close to pay off. Went to Toyota because a friend recommend i talk to DJ. Went and got paired up with Will Conner, told him my limitations on price and what type and features my next vehicle needed to have in it. He found two on his lot, we aimed for the newer one. They found more money in my trade than any other dealer ( over my payoff) and reduced the price of the vehicle i wanted to buy. I DID NOT LEAVE WITH MY NEW VEHICLE, I waited till the next day to pick it up because they wanted to detail it and send my off with a full gas tank. Thanks to Toyota. This was by far my BEST car buying experience EVER. I bought my first car (a Toyota) in 1972 and followed by 40 years of Nissan products. Jessica Ramos is the most "customer focused" sales person I have bought my first car (a Toyota) in 1972 and followed by 40 years of Nissan products. Jessica Ramos is the most "customer focused" sales person I have EVER met and she brought me back to Toyota. She was more focused on satisfying my car needs than manipulating me into a car. I am telling all my friends to buy from her. If she doesn't have an answer to a technical question, she will get it for you. The rest of the support staff at Panama City Toyota are equally helpful, courteous, and professional. More

Very friendly and helpful dealership that were more interested in help me with my current situation (previous car was totaled) than just getting a sale. They were the cheapest dealership out of the 5 I interested in help me with my current situation (previous car was totaled) than just getting a sale. They were the cheapest dealership out of the 5 I visited. The next cheapest dealership offered the prius 2 for more than the price of the pruis 3 at PC toyota. While on vacation, my wife and I were hit by a drunk driver. Matt was able to work me in on Saturday and committed to have us back on the road by the end of the following week. Johnathon took care of driver. Matt was able to work me in on Saturday and committed to have us back on the road by the end of the following week. Johnathon took care of us on the rental car and back to the condo we went. The parts were ordered early the next week, arrived on time, and Matt and Kevin kept us informed every step of the way. Although we love the Panama City/Destin area, my wife and I could not have been happier to get on the road and back home to Tennessee. We wouldn't have been able to do it without Panama City Toyota.
