When we arrived at the dealership everything was prepared for us and the purchase executed exactly as we had agreed. Typically I find buying a car about as enjoyable as dental work, however, this was an amazingly good experience. John is a true professional and a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Panama City Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Even though it was a bit out of the way for us the trip was well worth it. I'm sure we'll be returning for our next Toyota. More

When our current car lease was up, we went into the dealership to get information on the steps to take to lease a new car. When we found out John Nicholson was on vacation, we waited until he returned (it was the next day) so he would be the person to deal with. John was extremely helpful with the process. He explained the current incentives and how it would affect our getting the car we wanted. Not only did he listen to exactly what we wanted and did not want on the car, he found a car in the area and by day's end we had the vehicle we described. His attitude the whole time was to make sure we, as customers, were satisfied and to make us feel as if we were very important to him. More
Two of the items we requested was not on the car when we were told the car was ready. After we looked at the car on Saturday, we ask for the car to be ready for pick-up on Monday. We were called on Monday, told the car was ready, but after getting there, the car had not be touch since Sat. The car was not gas-up, none of the paper work had been done, since Sat. Car was not detail. The price was agree on after two days, the sale person called and wanted to up the price because he stated that he looked a picture wrong! In the being, we told the sale person, that we needed a hitch, that we never got. My parents said that they would pay for someone else to put the hitch on just to get out of the Toyota dealship. I would be happy to talk with Toyota mangement about our experience, and surly will be talking to future car buyer's about it. k More
I gave Chad Puffinbarger an extremely hard challenge. I needed to purchase a reliable (no problem there with Toyota) and highly safe vehicle and at a really good price for my teenage son. Since my son is taller than me (his Dad) and size 14 feet, a Corolla just wasn't going to work very well. A Camry appeared to be the better solution but was a bit higher in price than originally anticipated. Chad did an excellent job of working to get a reasonable solution on a brand new year-end close-out Camry. I can now rest at ease that my son will have a highly reliable vehicle which is safe to operate and we can afford. More

The car was detailed and ready to go upon my arrival. Branden professionally handled the explaining optional expanded maintenance plans and processing the final stacks of paperwork. John and Branden went above and beyond with customer service; John provided Dr. Peppers, which we used to toast my new purchase, and Branden allowed me to use his phone charger to re-charge my almost-dead cell phone. During the time spent at Panama City Toyota, it became clear that this was a well-run, no pressure dealership. I observed several people enter the showroom to browse through the numerous models available on display. None of these folks seemed to receive any pressure by sales people. They were allowed to browse and "try on" different vehicles. When they were ready to talk, sales people were available to answer any questions. More

In June 2013 we started looking for a mini van to accommodate at least 6 people comfortably. The salesman for our last two vehicles was John Nicholson, so we went to him for his help. A 2007 Sienna LE had just come into the dealership in trade and it was exactly what we wanted. During our test drive we found some things that needed attention before we took possession and showed John what we found. He said they were items that needed to be addressed and that they would be resolved before we took delivery. We did the paperwork that day and the work began. When we took delivery it was cleaned as requested and more! The front bumper had been painted as John found some blemishes that he wanted resolved. It looked wonderful! We are extremely happy with the purchase, the assistance we received from not only John but Jim Rees; the closing Finance Officer; the detail staff and many others (I'm sorry I don't have their names to give them credit).
