Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.
In addition to the sale of new and outstanding Toyota vehicles, Panama City Toyota also offers high quality pre-owned vehicles. These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Randy asserted himself in helping me from the moment I stepped out of my car by welcoming me in a fast and friendly way and I was very comfortable throughout the whole experience with zero pressure. I knew he had my best interest and wasn't going to sell me anything I didn't absolutely 100% want or need within my budget which we stuck to thanks to him Danno and Jacob with the financing. Randy answered ALL of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted as well as answering any questions that I may have in the future. Once again, there was no pressure and I can honestly say i would recommend Panama City Toyota and their excellent team to any and everyone thinking about purchasing a new or used car along with their Service Department. I left feeling extremely satisfied not only with my purchase, but the overall experience. I can honestly say I look forward to doing future business with Panama City Toyota and have made new friends for life. I would tell anyone in the future that are looking at buying a vehicle to go to Panama City Toyota first. More
