Ramon Fernandez was the best salesman I have encountered in the 27 years of being a driver and forth time purchaisng a vehicle. I went to buy two cars and we were all women. My mother, daughter and I. I thought for sure I was going to be taken for a ride. I was just researching and making sure the low prices I saw on the website was truly the prices presented at the dealer. To my amaze they were lower and I walked out with two cars and one in a higher quality then I every expected price wise. I truly recommend not only a volkswagen but Ramon for the outstanding job. truly the shortest part of my experience was the purchasing. I later went over to Mitra that handled the financing and once again truly outstanding service with a smile and very helpful. I told him what I can afford a month and he once again did not try to talk me out of it. Instead make sure the payment was exactly what I said if not lower. Not once did he try to talk me into a higher payment. he spent hours working through banks until he found me my financing. Truly Esserman Volkswagen has outstanding services. More

I went to look for a car a Sunday afternoon, it was almost time to close and I didn't think I was going to go home with a brand new car that same day. The staff was very professional during my visit, starting with a greeter who immediately acknowledge me and told me that a Sales consultant was going to meet me promptly. The Sales consultant Tony was very honest and informative at all times. Tony really gave me the best price in town for the CC Sport in conjuction with the sales manager who was very polite and fair. After the price was set, the financial department was extremely fast and patient too, considering that he too had to stay and wait until we closed the deal. Ultimately I really recomend Esserman Volkswagen to be the dealership destination in south Florida, not only for having the best deals but also the best staff!!! More

Since arrival I was met with a lot of courtesy and freindliness. During the whole process, they were very helpful. And while negociating my trade-in, they were very respectful and fair. Then change the person that was going to attend me, which proceded outside with some other client. I just need it a price?!! In frustratation, walked out to the building next door (VW, same dealer), and was met by Mr Ramon Fernandez; the whole experience changed to the point of ending buying a VW SUV!!
