I leased a car from this dealership in December, and the experience was great up until I actually took delivery of the vehicle. Four days later, I was incorrectly charged for a payment from my previous lease. I was assured a refund check would be sent. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received anything. Every attempt to contact the finance department—or anyone else—has gone unanswered, with calls going straight to voicemail. The lack of responsiveness once an issue arose and they owed me money is extremely disappointing. Everyone was helpful until there was a problem. I will not be returning to or recommending this dealership. More
