AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!! If it was an option to give Zero stars i would definitely give this dealership a Zero! I called this dealership a few days ago to inquire a !!!! If it was an option to give Zero stars i would definitely give this dealership a Zero! I called this dealership a few days ago to inquire about a certified pre owned VW Jetta that i saw on the website. A sales associate called Daniela answered my call and gave me the price that was 17k and change. I told her to work on the best price with her sales manager and clarify everything as I will be driving 5 hours to get the car. A few minutes later Daniela shoots me a message saying that the manager approved 16k flat OTD. The next day I called again to verify everything and another sales rep told me the same thing and that when I am in store i can negotiate the price a bit as they are charging 2000 as a reconditioning fee (even though the car was not reconditioned). A few days later i drove 5 hours to the dealership and the sales rep gives me a bill of sale with 17,275 OTD! I told him that i spoke to Daniela and she gave me 16k. The sales rep spoke to his manager Fermin with a lot of back and forth and the manager said i can’t give it to you for this price. I left the dealership and the sales rep calls me and says that I spoke with the GM and he approved the sale with 15,700 OTD and sent it to me on paper. I drove again with the paper in my hand and started the process and the finance manager Anne gives me 16k and change! I told her that i have agreed and signed a paper with 15,700 already and then she adjusted the price. I started signing the papers and when i noticed that the CPO certificate that has the warranty is missing i asked Anne and she said that the car is not certified. I called the sales rep to her office and he confirmed that it is certified. I went to the sales manager and asked about what was going on and he said that we removed the CPO in order to meet the 15,700 even though i have agreed with the sales rep that it was included and the GM has approved it already. This dealership is the worst!!! More
