An owner of two Volkswagen’s. My Jetta has been at the dealership now for almost 3 weeks. I do not have a loaner and I am using my wife’s Volkswagen Atlas. The system has been down for about a week and a half, and my car has not been touched. I want to service my Jetta, as well as my wife’s Atlas, which is a CPO. I’d give zero stars if I could! Sold me a messed up vehicle and refuse to fix it. I’ve been contacting them since I purchased the vehicle (within the first 2 weeks after the purchase). They refused to switch the vehicle or even fix this one. This is by far the WORST car buying experience I’ve EVER had! Staff there lies and doesn’t take accountability for anything!! More
