Great First Experience Just moved to Charleston and was looking for a Ford dealership to take my Ford truck for scheduled service. Found it! Don Beckett took care of me an Just moved to Charleston and was looking for a Ford dealership to take my Ford truck for scheduled service. Found it! Don Beckett took care of me and called the next day to make sure truck was ok. They were courteous, quick and discussed recommendations with me before moving forward. Straight up facts with no pressure. Nice waiting room with refreshments, TV, and WiFi. Great experience, I’ll be back. More

Great Experience with Service Dept and Body Shop Had two recent items that needed to be fixed on my Explorer - one in the Service Dept and one in the Body Shop. Both repairs were completed in less than a day, so I did not have to rent a car. Courtesy Shuttle took be from the dealership to work and back to pick up my vehicle. Would highly recommend the Service Dept and Body Shop. More
