Great staff John Mount has continued to give us great service since purchasing our vehicle. We've had on going issues with the collision sensors. Even though we have taken video of the issues while they are occurring, we've been told because they cannot be duplicated at the dealership; therefore, there is nothing that will be done. This is extremely frustrating for a $50k vehicle that is 1.5 years old. It makes it difficult to use the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty to justify the purchase of a new vehicle. More

Horrible experience I took my car in for a recall and they ended up breaking my automatic starter. Check Engine Light On I was down from Connecticut and was heading back in a few days so they were very accommodating in getting me in considering this was last minute, The I was down from Connecticut and was heading back in a few days so they were very accommodating in getting me in considering this was last minute, The service advisor told me it might be tough to get it in today, but by 4 PM he called and told me the tech checked into my problem and corrected it. This was great service considering my calling upon them at the last minute and from being out of state. I would recommend coming here and would be back if I was ever here again with an issue!!! More
Service department's concern with my travel safety I was in contact with the dealership because of a nationwide recall notice about problems with the steering wheel. I was visiting from out of town a I was in contact with the dealership because of a nationwide recall notice about problems with the steering wheel. I was visiting from out of town and getting ready to travel back home in Holland Michigan. I made initial contact with service manager Robert Pace. He checked on the needed part and advised that none were available at that time. I told him that I would be leaving to go back up north in a few days and was concerned about driving through the mountains, He took my name and told be that he would see what he could do. A few days later he called me and told me that a part had come in and we scheduled that repair that day (two days before we had to leave). That day I met with service rep. John Mount Jr. and he took care of the repair. My big "thank you" goes out the the dealerships service department. More
