2 1/2 hour oil change? Service is very good except it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. I suspect that this intentional to discourage my visits for free oil change Service is very good except it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. I suspect that this intentional to discourage my visits for free oil changes for life program that was available with the purchase of my new car in 2003. This service used to involve a 30 minute visit including a free car wash. More

Oil change Bill was great and very accommodating. Last visit, however, my car acted up and I pulled over to check it out. Mechanic left the top off. The works service. I met with service rep, he reviewed what they were going to do & the time they should be done. I stayed in the waiting area which was equipped with ou I met with service rep, he reviewed what they were going to do & the time they should be done. I stayed in the waiting area which was equipped with outlets, tv & snacks. Service was completed in a timely manner & they ran my truck through the car wash before giving me the keys & sending me on my way home. Thanks Palmetto Ford! More
