Dealership and service department are total nightmares. How is there only ONE service center for Alfa Romeos? That being said, NONE of the “mechanics” there are knowledgeable nor trained to repair car issues. The manager at service is arrogant and rude, and clearly doesn’t care how many times you repeatedly have to bring your car back for the same issues. You should NOT have to bring your car in 6 times within 3 weeks for the same issue. I had to fight for a loaner bc they were willing to let me drive off with a leaking valve. Then they ask to switch the loaner the very next day bc they had “sold” it. It’s absurd. I will be choosing to not lease a car from Palmetto Alfa/Fiat, nor will anyone else I know. STAY FAR AWAY. My experience at Palmetto Alfa Romeo Fiat was like no other. Exceptional services, the salesperson was so eager to help and make sure that I get the best deals. I’ve been referring everyone that I know who needs to get a car. Because what I’ve experienced I’d like all my people to have such experience. It was a haha moment for me. I was an Awe from start to finish by the first class service they offer everyone!!! More
Incompetent Service center extremely slow. I was not given a receipt which I needed for service and was told it would be emailed. I called 8 times, talking to the Service center extremely slow. I was not given a receipt which I needed for service and was told it would be emailed. I called 8 times, talking to the general manager 3 times trying to get the receipt. Every time they said they would send it but it never came. If they can't handle something this simple what can they get right? More
