It has been many years, since I have encountered such a good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but h good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but here at Esserman Nissan I am more than happy with the service I have received. My car's AC broke and it took a few days to get the part. Ozzy Dominguez kept in touch with me letting me know what was happening at all times. He also made sure I had a loaner car,so that I could still get around. Even when I go in for my regular scheduled service he is pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect with my car. This young man is very professional and a hard worker. We visited the Esserman Service Department for the first time in April 2010 and Tamika was there to greet us with a smile and checked us ri Service. This past Saturday, September 18th we were back for another oil change. We had only been there once before but Tamika remembered exactly who we were which was so impressive. Mr. Ullysse was able to get me into the site, but we both were not sure where to go from there, so he called Ms. Dyshawn Rigby who walked us through the entire process. She make it seem soooooo easy.
