It has been many years, since I have encountered such a good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but h good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but here at Esserman Nissan I am more than happy with the service I have received. My car's AC broke and it took a few days to get the part. Ozzy Dominguez kept in touch with me letting me know what was happening at all times. He also made sure I had a loaner car,so that I could still get around. Even when I go in for my regular scheduled service he is pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect with my car. This young man is very professional and a hard worker. These days it is hard to find someone as dedicated and who provides such good customer service. Graciella Gonzalez More

We love Tamika. She is the definition of Customer Service. We visited the Esserman Service Department for the first time in April 2010 and Tamika was there to greet us with a smile and checked us ri Service. We visited the Esserman Service Department for the first time in April 2010 and Tamika was there to greet us with a smile and checked us right in for our oil changes. This past Saturday, September 18th we were back for another oil change. We had only been there once before but Tamika remembered exactly who we were which was so impressive. Once again she provided us with friendly customer service. I feel like I have a friend in the Service Department that I can call anytime to schedule an appointment or ask a question and Tamika is my friend! Don't ever let her go! More
As usual, a great experience!!! I took my car in for an alignment and waited for it. My appointment was for 9 am and they took my car in as soon as I got there. Mr. Ullysse was able to get me into the site, but we both were not sure where to go from there, so he called Ms. Dyshawn Rigby who walked us through the entire process. She make it seem soooooo easy. After the walk through, it was easy. Thank you Mr. Carlo Ullysse and Ms. Dyshawn Rigby for helping me to learn your "Dealer Rater" survey system. I think it is very important that customers get the opportunity to express the experience that they had after visiting Esserman Nissan.
