Great Experience After looking at almost every dealership in Mobile and Daphne, I will say that Palmer's Hyundai had the most friendly staff and best prices in town. 2nd car in less than a year I was SO happy with my purchase last year, that I came back for MORE! I would HIGHLY recommend David Drawbaugh. There are a lot of reviews about poo I was SO happy with my purchase last year, that I came back for MORE! I would HIGHLY recommend David Drawbaugh. There are a lot of reviews about poor service on the maintenance side, but if you make an appointment, they give you a ride to and from work, so I don't see what the problem is. Yes, if you want a quick oil change, you may want to go to one of the faster "oil only" places, but you get what you pay for. It comes out to be about the same price (maybe a tad bit more) BUTif there are any warranty or recall issues, they can be addressed at the dealer. The dealership is not setup to be quick, they are setup for quality so cut them some slack. I don't know any dealership that would want to rush through and botch up a job. I would HIGHLY suggest the recommended service intervals (IE 15,000 mile and so on). It's a little investment to keep you car running in tip-top shape. I own 2 Hyundai's now and the most recent purchase is my 4th overall. It also doesn't hurt that the cars roll off the assembly line in Alabama. ;-) #MadeInTheUSA More

Awesome Dealership! Hassle Free!! I started off at Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne, AL. We were there all day getting the run around. They didn't have a finance manager so they was hav I started off at Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne, AL. We were there all day getting the run around. They didn't have a finance manager so they was having to run back and fourth Between the Toyota dealership next door to try to get something together. They were not upfront with me at all. They lied about everything and they just go around in circles and circles until you finally just agree on something because your so sick of hearing them. AFTER 2 DAYS of dealing with this dealership. I called Palmers Hyundai and was able to Speak right to a car salesman, Big Al. ( Not someone that answers the phone and doesn't know nothing about car sales like Eastern Shore Has.) I told him what we were looking for and what I wanted. Pulling in to the dealership, Big Al and the sales manager already had the Sonata that we was looking for pulled up to the front of the dealership. He was standing outside waiting on us and Greeted Us. We both Test Drove the Sonata while Big Al told us about all the cool features that the 2017 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t had. You can really say that Palmers Hyundai really is Hassle Free! Was even greeted by Jacob Palmer, the owner of the dealership. Big Al and the sale managers were up front about everything. With in TWO HOURS we was driving off the car lot with a awesome deal and a great interest rate. I will always buy from Palmers Hyundai from here on out. I am proud to say I'm apart of the Palmers Hyundai Family!! More
