We even settled on what the price was going to be. By the time I stepped into the dealership all I had to do was test drive the vehicle and choose the color. There were no surprises on the price and I was given a fair amount for my trade in. Mike Booth was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was a very pleasant buying experience. 2nd car in less than a year I was SO happy with my purchase last year, that I came back for MORE! I would HIGHLY recommend David Drawbaugh. There are a lot of reviews about poo I was SO happy with my purchase last year, that I came back for MORE! I would HIGHLY recommend David Drawbaugh. There are a lot of reviews about poor service on the maintenance side, but if you make an appointment, they give you a ride to and from work, so I don't see what the problem is. Yes, if you want a quick oil change, you may want to go to one of the faster "oil only" places, but you get what you pay for. It comes out to be about the same price (maybe a tad bit more) BUTif there are any warranty or recall issues, they can be addressed at the dealer. The dealership is not setup to be quick, they are setup for quality so cut them some slack. I don't know any dealership that would want to rush through and botch up a job. I would HIGHLY suggest the recommended service intervals (IE 15,000 mile and so on). It's a little investment to keep you car running in tip-top shape. I own 2 Hyundai's now and the most recent purchase is my 4th overall. It also doesn't hurt that the cars roll off the assembly line in Alabama. ;-) #MadeInTheUSA More
