Felt worthless When I arrived I was greeted and ask what I needed I replied,I have an oil change appointment.’so the receptionist got me in and then they immediately When I arrived I was greeted and ask what I needed I replied,I have an oil change appointment.’so the receptionist got me in and then they immediately took my car to the back after another service person realized my tire was a little inward. So he offered to do an alignment for 90 bucks but not to fix the problems so I declined but by that time my car was done with an oil change which was unusual to me being done so quickly. I was thinking these guys are good and fast but to my knowledge they really rush my vehicle out of there not doing an multi point inspection to let me know if all my fluids we ok tires needed air or anything visible needed I guess they didn’t want to deal with my car cause it was so old I felt so bad at that point so even when the sale clerk knew they didn’t do these checks she replied , 36 and some odd change for the oil change sir ; at that time another customerwas on the side of me had the same thing done and she had everything done right on her paperwork as I glanced at it then they park her car under the canopy so she want get wet . So I felt so bad as if they didn’t want me there I payed and I left feeling worthless as if I don’t belong there . Oh yeah when I call back and told the service clerk about my experience she told me a little white lie and said my mechanic did do all the checks on your vehicle but didn’t write it down but I knew it was a lie because I got my car back to quick so I took this time to write down my experience with you guys I normally don’t do this there is a chance you guys might not read this but for that to be my first visit to that dealership was the worst I have been to all lot of dealerships and never have been treated worthless no matter the situation my feelings haven’t been hurt in so long and you guys did a great job thanks for the experience More
