Everything was amazing. I called Shun and asked him about getting a car that day. I didn't realize how fast and convenient it was going to be. Sales rep Shun was great and friendly, but once I got into the financing office absolutely nothing was explained to me, I was rushed through contracts and they added $7,000 in warranties onto my car. Whe into the financing office absolutely nothing was explained to me, I was rushed through contracts and they added $7,000 in warranties onto my car. When I called back to explain my frustration he said his “system was messing up and didn’t want to alarm me”. Also said he didn’t have the paperwork for the warranties so that’s why he wasn’t able to go over them with me. He only spoke a couple sentences to me in that office. I have absolutely no idea what I payed an extra $7k for, I have no paperwork explaining anything. He explained absolutely nothing about my payments or rate. My financing is terrible and I’ll need to refinance somewhere else. I will not be returning here or recommending this place to anyone. I drove almost an hour for what I thought was a good deal, only to be sneakily bombarded by thousands in extras. VERY unprofessional place, took hours to actually talk to someone about my frustration. They care more about getting appointments and sales than their actual customers. More
