I was in the market for a used vehicle. Working the job that I do I had a very strict budget and found a used car that looked great online. Called in and asked about it, it was available. They gave me details about said vehicle and told me they were looking forward to showing it to me. I traveled 2.5 hours to see this vehicle and when I got there, not only did they pull a bait and switch tactic on me but they would not even show me the vehicle I drove that long to see stating that it had “too many things wrong with it.” I had very clearly given my budget upon arrival already and they attempted to upsell a vehicle so far out of my budget that it was beyond comical. I started to walk out of the dealership after wishing a hasty good day and a manager literally started following me to my car waving me down. I did not give him the satisfaction of my attention and drove away. It was weird and borderline harassment. They are not worth anyone’s time. Please don’t make the mistake that I did and fall for their deceptive sales tactics. An entire afternoon of my life wasted because of these con men. More
