I’m happy with my car, but the overall buying experience was very disorganized. I was not given a temporary tag or any tag paperwork before leaving, and I received different information from different peopl was very disorganized. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received anything (as in my temp tag or ppwk), even though I was told it should have already arrived. The dealership also advertised a free TV with every vehicle purchase for the entire month, but when I asked about mine, I was told I couldn’t receive one because they had supposedly already taken $3,000 off the vehicle to get me approved. The entire experience has been very confusing. I hope the dealership improves its communication so future customers are not left trying to figure everything out after taking their vehicle home. More

One con that I have is that I was not given a timeline nor the paperwork for getting my tag, and still have not received any paperwork after 2+ weeks.
