WHITE HYUNDAI PAINT IS DEFECTIVE! ! I purchased a brand new white 2020 Palisade from Palmers Airport Hyundai not even 5 years ago & the paint is now peeling off the roof with the prime ! I purchased a brand new white 2020 Palisade from Palmers Airport Hyundai not even 5 years ago & the paint is now peeling off the roof with the primer exposed about 7 inches wide x 5 inches tall - . Hyundai Corporate Customer Care told me to make an appointment with Palmers Service Department to have them take pictures & submit as a warranty claim to see if it would be covered. This dealership REFUSED to help, stating they don't take pictures for paint claims anymore because "it got to be too much"! Search Google for White Hyundai's with peeling paint and look at the volume of issue reported. It's mindboggling why they are even allowed to sell white vehicles when they are fully aware of the paint issues. While the paint defect isn't this dealership's fault, their refusal to help one of their own customers definitely is, and for that reason, I would never recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have also reported them to Hyundai Corporate. I spoke with the service manager at another dealership and he is also alerting their corporate representative of Palmer's lack of assistance to their customers. I spoke with a manager at Palmers Airport Hyundai & he was going to discuss with his Service Manager and have him contact me.....still waiting on that call 4 hours later. More

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone !!!! Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! As soon as I drive the truck off their lot it starts doing the same thing. I take the truck to ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI and the truck needs a brand new transmission!!!!!!! DIAGNOSED IN 4 hours!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PR SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SNAKES!!!!!!! More

Just bought my 3rd new car from Palmer’s, my 2nd from Princeton Westry, and the experience gets better each time! I needed the car but didn’t have a lot of time available due to work, and Princeton ensur Princeton Westry, and the experience gets better each time! I needed the car but didn’t have a lot of time available due to work, and Princeton ensured the process was easy and FAST. I plan on buying all my cars from Palmer’s.
