Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

I've been there multiple times, but very disappointed my my most recent visit with my 2016 Jeep. Was first told we didn't have an appointment and was told we could be "fit in" but would take 2+ hours, unti my most recent visit with my 2016 Jeep. Was first told we didn't have an appointment and was told we could be "fit in" but would take 2+ hours, until I was able to show my confirmation email/text reminder. In which they then said ok, you're right I do see the appointment.. Was in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I am totally fine with the inspector calling or walking into the waiting room to let me know what they found and for me to confirm how to proceed. But, instead they had my car there for 2 hours only for me to come to them asking for an update on when my car would be done. The response was "waiting on an estimate." Which in my opinion, they should have spoken to me prior to any estimates and let me know what they even found. B/c I opted to NOT go with their findings and they still had yet to complete the oil change when I had already been waiting for 2 hours which is why I was there in the first place, resulting in waiting even longer. More

Took my charger up there for an oil change and tire rotation. Service took about two hours which was fine. When I went to pick up my charger I was told the computer was done so I was just given a paper rotation. Service took about two hours which was fine. When I went to pick up my charger I was told the computer was done so I was just given a paper receipt. However the next day I drive maybe 20 miles and my rear tire unravels and goes flat. Once I can get to a tire shop I am told both of my back tires shouldnt have even been allowed back on the road. I feel like that should have been said when I picked it up. It leads me to believe no service was even done on my car. When I called to ask about this I was never given a call back, or any contact further. The second time I called was left on hold. Will not be returning to Palmer Dodge. More
